James Alexander

James Alexander was born on October 6, 1941, in Carroll County, MS to the late Mr. Hess Alexander and Mrs. May Alice Pierce. On October 23, 1973, he was united in holy matrimony to Dovie (Robinson) Alexander of Vaiden, MS.

James confessed his faith in Christ at an early age at Aacona Missionary Baptist Church. Later he joined Tuckerville M. B. Church.

In his spare time, James loved to fish, work in his yard, and work on his vehicles and in the garden. He also loved to spend time with his family.

James always was a hard worker. He started out as a construction worker, became a truck driver and later worked for The U.S. Cattle Co. James had many talents, one of which was that he could do any kind of job.

He leaves to cherish his fondest memories, a lovely wife; Louise Alexander. Three (3) brothers, L. C. William, C. L. William, and Jimmie Alexander.  Four (4) sisters, Shirley Forrest, Betty Jean Ward, Jeanette Roberts, and Betty. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
