Funeral Service for Mattie Beatrice Blackmon Liggins will be conducted on Saturday, December 8th, 2018 from The Ed Roberts Chapel of Remembrance in Winona, Mississippi @ 2:30 p.m. Interment will immediately follow in the Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery in Carroll County, Mississippi. All arrangements have been entrusted to Roberts and Sons Mortuary, Inc. of Winona, Mississippi.
