We are deeply sorry for your loss - the staff at Roberts & Sons Mortuary
Jeysen began his life as a bright-eyed beautiful baby boy on July 10th, 1996. His sunset of life was on Thursday July 14th, 2022. He was born at Grenada Lake Medical Center to Jennifer R. Lyons and Andra L.Fleming. Andra preceded Jeysen in death when Jey was only 2 years of age.
Jeysen graduated from the historic Little Rock Central high school where the infamous Little Rock nine attended who broke barriers for integration. While attending he loved art, computers, and stage craft. Once a self-portrait he had drawn was featured in the art show case at the school. Jeysen continued his education at Pulaski Technical school. He then attended American International University online.
Jey loved to write and was very good. He was currently writing a science fiction series he called Perfect Universe.
Jeysen was hired to work for the USDA National Statistics Department as an enumerator while in Little Rock, AR. Although he worked for a short while, he was praised by superiors for scoring the highest in his training class. Jey also did graphic design for some website development and maintenance. Furthermore, he was a freelance artist where he received drawing requests from online friends, clients, and associates.
Jeysen leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother; his devoted grandmother: Jeffrie Poe Lyons; five Uncles: Jeffry Lyons (Sheila Lyons), Reginald Lyons (Angela Lyons), Sylvester Fleming (Mary Jean), Burnell Fleming (Sandra), and James Fleming (Doretha); two Aunts: Catherine Hudson (Jerry) and Elaine Williams as well as a host of great uncles and aunts, cousins and friends.
